lecture 1 on persuasive managers

Lecture 1

To achieve greater success in ones life as a manager or good administrator is to have great power of persuation .

A kid who has no money, power and strength can bring resposible parents to their knees with his simple tricks.
Because unknowingly he/she know the power of persuasion. 

According to researchers, there are three types of managers

1. Bystanders:- Those who have no of little influence over their employees. Therefore, they possibly achieve no or little success in the career.

2. Shotgun managers:- This kind of managers uses their tactics indiscriminately. They are little successful.

3. Tacticians:- Managers under this category are versatile and uses their skill very carefully and omnidirectional way, and are most successful managers.

Their is no trick to become tactician hard work and skill can help you to be one. Developing following few things can help you in your way to great success.

i)  Identify your strengths and weaknesses.
ii) Analyze your persuasion experience at your workplace.
iii) Develop a framework.
iv) Strategically plan your persuasion
v) Implementation of your plan.
